The Peaks Island News formed intentionally as a nonprofit organization as part of our mission to provide a free newspaper in print now and for years to come. We are 100% supported through tax-deductible donations from individuals, grant funding, and ad sponsorships from local businesses. Every cent that we take in goes toward supporting our mission.

Submitted advertisements should be in the spirit of a community newspaper, which includes respect for our neighbors and area businesses.
